IIThe doctor

Forty years of unhurried care

Dr. Gregory Lind is a wellness expert with over 40 years of experience in the San Francisco Bay Area. His philosophy of integrating body, mind and spirit helps his patients reach their best performance, well-being and health.

His approach is restorative: natural methods that help revitalize body systems that are run down. Alongside chiropractic he works with nutrition, massage, corrective exercise and lifestyle advice, so your care fits your life, not the other way round.

I really like that he spends time with me and doesn’t rush me through a 15-minute adjustment. He is thorough and explains why things are out of place.

IVBody, mind & spirit

When the body’s systems work in order

Dr. Lind believes two systems get too little attention in a traditional medical model: the nervous system, the body’s communication, and the immune system, which keeps the body running cleanly. When they are overloaded, stress builds up and health and performance break down.

His care aims to bring them back into order, the way scattered light becomes a coherent beam.

Light, scattered and coherent. In the 1970s the biophysicist Fritz-Albert Popp studied the faint light living cells give off; his ideas are part of the energetic medicine Dr. Lind draws on.

VWellness steps

Getting straightened out, naturally

Care comes in three stages, the way a fern unrolls: first relief, then restoring what caused the pain, then keeping it that way.

  1. Step 1

    Finding relief

Most people come in because something hurts. The first goal is simply to reduce your pain, which can mean visits two or three times a week at the start.

  2. Step 2

    Restoring health, together

Pain going away is not the same as the problem going away. Visits become less frequent while stretches and exercises at home help the healing along.

  3. Step 3

    Maintaining your health

Like diet and exercise, routine visits help keep your joints and muscles in good form, so you can keep doing the things you love.

VIIn their words

Patients who drive a long way

Some have been coming for twelve years or more; one couple drives an hour and a half each way.

Much to my surprise years ago, the chiropractor who had been recommended by my former doctor turned out to be a former schoolmate! I looked him up in an old yearbook, and instantly recognized his face. The 20+ years of aging that the rest of us endured amazingly bypassed Greg Lind. Apparently, he is his own best patient!

Since that time, I no longer hobble into his office with severe lower back pain. Give him a call today if you want to start feeling better by the weekend!

Marla B.Milpitas, CA

I went to Dr. Lind with a “frozen” shoulder. Dr. Lind gently and successfully treated my shoulder and it’s about as good as new. I like his holistic approach and amazing techniques. Dr. Lind is a true “healer”.

Kate M.Milpitas, CA

I went to several chiropractors over the last 15 years and Dr. Lind is easily the best.

David B.San Jose, CA

We both thank Dr. Lind for always arranging our appointments on weekends, since we drive one and a half hours to his office. It is well worth it.
